Cancellation, return, and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Danish and EU consumer law.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the shipment. Where applicable, the customer may instead exercise their legal right of withdrawal after receiving the order.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Product Imperfections

Minor cosmetic imperfections do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Examples may include slight colour variations, loose threads, or minor stitching imperfections.
